The Messenger Project is a great way for People's Church members to connect with the Adziwa family they're sponsoring through 'Messengers', or mission team members who are traveling to the Adziwa project.
STEP 1: Choose an Adziwa Family
STEP 2: Get connected to a Messenger (a fellow church member going to Adziwa)
STEP 3: The Messenger goes to Adziwa, lets your Adziwa family know about your family through pictures and stories, and returns to tell you about your family through pictures and stories.
BENEFITS
THE PEOPLES CHURCH FAMILY is able to get to know their Adziwa family, and learn how to pray for them and see more concretely what they're doing to affect their lives. As more teams go, they could have a new messenger each time, and continue to build a lasting relationship.
THE ADZIWA FAMILY is able to get to know their Peoples Church family, pray for them, and see the progress in their family as well.
THE MESSENGER is able to have a greater sense of what they're doing matters, have a 'mission' of getting to know an Adziwa family better, and have the support of families on both sides of the Atlantic.
